I provided exceptional customer service to customer contacts. I received calls and scheduled fireplace installations and service. I assisted in providing documentation regarding our products and projects.

I worked with branches of a business to solve waste disposal problems. This started on site, then moved to remote as the COVID-19 pandemic evolved. I assisted in training new account executives in the detailed systems, processes, and procedures of the account.

As a customer service representative, I provided customer support through telephone and email contacts. I assisted the customer in filing claims, understanding their product, and completing forms as necessary. I also documented customer interaction. I was a subcontractor for the same company from July 2020 through January 2021.

I assisted members in checking in, signing up for or canceling memberships, signing up for classes, and making payments. In addition, I washed and dried towels using industrial washing machines and dryers.
