Wellbeing Expert - Transformational CoachMy journey began at 29 when i was working in the Tourism Industry and living in Los Angeles, discovering a new Lifestyle with a lot of sports, Yoga classes, meditation … I loved it, but most of all, I experienced first hand how a change in Lifestyle created a change in my own Health and Wellbeing.During my career in the hospitality and Tourism field i was able to travel to south-East Asia / India each winter to study Traditional Chinese Healing techniques, Aromatherapy, Yoga and Qi Gong.I have lived and worked in the U.S.A, Europe, South-East Asia and the Middle East.I transitioned from the Hospitality world and Created my own Business BalANNs to share my deep knowledge and spectrum to all forms of “Wellbeing” and Coaching- including TCM, nutrition, quantum healing, biohacking, aromatherapy, mindfulness and Intuïtive Energy Healing. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and Qi Gong practitioner.In addition i am a qualified Integrated Energy Therapy Healer for Pets. Because of my love for Nature and animals this healing modality is a gift that enhances my life tremendously.I have founded my own company, BalANNS, with the motivation to coach my clients to become the Manager of their own Health, be it through massage treatments, nutrition advice, aromatherapy, Energy Healing and most importantly Lifestyle changes, both in person or OnlineMost recently, my passion and expertise for Travel and Wellness have found each other and I created the concept “Conscious Cruising”, consulting & helping river cruise companies create the concept of Wellness Cruises.
