Serving at Don Lee Camp and Retreat Center for three summers, I began working there in June of 2020 as Media Staff. In this role, I coordinated photographing 120-150 campers at daily activity periods to upload for parents to view. I also set up the technical aspects of camp-wide activities. I oversaw the Media Staff as the Lead Media specialist in my second summer. I continued photographing activity periods and facilitating films of camp activities for promotional videos. This past summer, I served as the Summer Programs Assistant and a member of the Leadership Team. As the summer programs assistant, I served as the contact person for all parent communication. In addition, I executed daily schedules to ensure smooth operation at the facility. As a member of the leadership team, I oversaw the drama and arts and crafts program areas, ensuring staff placement and adequate program planning. Furthermore, I served with ten other members on the leadership team to ensure camp ran smoothly after business hours.
