With an MBA and two decades of experience in projects from residential apartment blocks, retail projects through to complex hospital redevelopments, Anna understands the financial drivers of every project she works on. Her leadership skills, coupled with her personable nature, make her ideally suited to drive a project from the design team through to presenting to her client’s board. Anna maintains a line of sight to her client’s strategic and operational objectives while keeping the enjoyment in a project to achieve transformative outcomes.Anna’s most recent projects include: $65m St. George Illawarra Dragons, NRL, Community & High Performance Centre; leading a team to deliver St. John of God Subiaco Hospital’s redevelopment, a $590m transformation of SJOG’s flagship campus, along the delivery of Hollywood Hospital’s $67m South Block project for Ramsay Healthcare.
