Although I have been working with Bank of America for over 20 years, I began as a Senior instructor for the Global Learning Organization in July 2012. Responsible for working with the separate lines of business to fulfill the training needs of the organization; content development and curriculum building with a lens on neurodiversity and intergenerationality. After assisting with the training needs of the ECR organization, I took a role in the newly formed training and development team for ECR. I was a full time content designer and senior facilitator for both company new hires and vendor teams. I was also tasked to train and assist in ceritifying our consultant partners.

AVP, Executive Customer Relations for the Office of the CEO and President. Responsible for direct interaction with our distressed homeowners and customers with complaints against the bank. Worked in conjunction with the regulators, such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the newly formed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Was loaned to the training team for the training and onboarding of a new vendor. In this interim role, I was responsible for accessing the needs of the business unit, designing curriculum and facilitation of the new curriculum and process program.

Company transition: Responsible for the recruitment of a team of 18-20 processors and implementation of the first ever night shift processing team. Responsible for project management to remove redundancies in day/night processes & data capture to ensure efficiency through the transition.

Promoted to AVP June 1, 2007 for the B2B division of NSCII, Region 891. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Operations Managers & their processors. Each operations team was responsible for the processing & funding of at least 3 production teams & manages at least 5-12 processors. Was actively involved in the reorganization of division personnel to create a balanced cross-regional workload. Assisted in the development & orchestration of regional training & action plans. Served as direct escalation point for guidelines & programs questions from our production & processing units & works closely with Underwriting, Funding & Production management to facilitate pipeline movement & funding. In 3rd month as AVP, I helped to lead Region 891 to the #1 funding division in the company.
