While in this role I focused on: • Coordinated all facets of retail build-out project management including budget estimation and management, schedule management, design development, construction and inter-departmental operation to effectively manage ongoing corporate facility and retail build-outs ranging from $300K to $5M in value• Supervised and directed multi-disciplinary teams of contractors and employees in the design, construction, and launch of 45+ retail locations• Developed internal cost-management, contracting, design, and construction processes to improve project management efficiency and cross-functional coordination, including creation of scheduling and cost-tracking tools, scaling project completion from 5 to 25 stores per year• Trained 6 project managers and various other team members, developed standard new hire trainings for successful onboarding• Liaised with Real Estate team to provide input on leases, work letters, and budget estimates for internal deal approval• Created retail standards specification book for internal and external reference to improve standardization of facilities
