Worked here for the summer of 2019 as well. Trained new members by simplifying process and adding parts at learner's pace. Ran line requiring picking up subtle changes in instructions for similar products. Moved between other jobs based on need for final product. Primary responsibility: I was often put on jobs that were somewhat finicky and solo since I was sensitive to trends in errors and could communicate well with the engineers. I would also would work hard regardless of if I was being watched, and stop what I was doing if anything seemed off and ask for confirmation before continuing. For these reasons I was also cross trained on PCB coating: a place where the jobs would bottle neck there before getting to final assembly.
