● Assist in development of data visualization and data reporting for seven programs in Maternal, Child & Family Health (MCFH). ● Create interactive dashboards and data visualization using Tableau Desktop to monitor productivity, measure performance and assure data quality● Document business case for data visualizations to understand the business rules of various servers and usage. ● Design, develop, and enhance Tableau workbooks using Tableau Desktop from multiple data sources using joins, calculated fields, parameters, data blending, and dashboard actions to handle views more efficiently. ● Discuss and analyze business requirements for data visualizations and reporting with staff. ● Train staff on Tableau Server and Tableau Mobile● Work with staff to investigate and resolve data, reporting, and system inconsistencies and to assure data quality and accuracy● Design quality assurance management reports that include analysis of internal business/program operations; work with internal service providers to design and implement improvement opportunities; analyze, evaluate, and modify operating methods and procedures as they relate to departmental operations and goals; make recommendations based on research and analysis. Monitor results to assure needs and specifications are met.● Serve as liaison between program staff and IT in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Tableau Server● Investigate and resolve data and calculation errors or inconsistencies in data files.● Serve as representative in program’s Transition Team to assist in creating a trauma-informed implementation plan to pursue health equity by identifying approaches that dismantle institutional white dominance https://public.tableau.com/profile/anna.dyer#!/
