Supports GCS services - Outsourced Studies Service and Technical Quality Check ServiceOutsourced Studies Service – Business Administrator role: - Providing support on Study, Country, and Site level to AZ Sponsored Outsourced Studies for the following delivery models: SOLIS, SCOUT, COMPASS, EMPOWER (ECOSSE)- Supporting operationally Astra Zeneca Study Teams in administration of AZ Sponsored Outsourced Studies in VCV System in cooperation with CROs (Contract Research Organizations)- Setting up study with basic information in VCV - Study, Country, Site levels including Clinical Personnel (GSM, ADCD, DCD, GSAM & GSA) and ECs/IRBs details- Maintaining and updating VCV during study lifecycle regularly based on data received from CRO representative and AstraZenca Global Study Team- Performing monthly quality checks and verifying compliance reports for high data quality - Contact with CROs and AZ Study Team and proactively escalating issues when neededTechnical Quality Check Service - Technical QC Specialist role:- Performing reviews in VCV eTMF system after document’s approval (finalization) to ensure that the document meets the good documentation practices principles- Ensuring that each document meets the conditions of high quality, correct qualification, mandatory elements such as signatures or attachments- In case of inconsistencies with the guidelines, setting up a quality issue for a given document- Supporting users with solving quality issues, providing potential solutions and guidelines- Cooperating with Submission and Financial Disclosure Team to ensure efficient quality check of Financial Disclosure documents and FDA 1572 forms- Performing reviews for unblinded documents loaded in VCV eTMF system
