Anna was Scrum Master for three team providing the employee master data to the People Planning solutions at IKEA within the People Domain, subdomain People Planning. She planned the sprints together with the Product Owner, Engineering Manger and the team. She was also leading retrospective and backlog refinements meetings etc.During her time here Anna was leading the refactoring of the solution to be able to efficiently support two different source systems and multiple consuming systems, for the team to have one stream to maintain and to be able to increase the support two programs, People Optimization Transformation, changing from one source system to another and People Planning Accelerator program implementing new People Planning solutions within the IKEA countries.

During her time here:* a new time keeping and scheduling solution was implemented in a country* a new country was implemented with an existing solution in the portfolio* we migrated away from an old HRB2B integration platform using Webmethod technology to google cloud platform* for this GCP migration scope, Anna was also responsible for removing the local solutions integrations* there is a huge optimizational transformation program ongoing (POT), which changes the whole employee master data foundation. Anna was part of implementing those changes to the pilot country.

The applications provided a predefined reason for when a product was not visible or incorrectly shown at any of the IKEA retail web pages around the world. Anna managed a team that handled both new development and secured service delivery. The team existed of both offshore and some landed resources.Anna was in this project responsible for budget, planning, reporting, service level fulfillment and driving the new development of the applications.

The Capgemini IKEA account was divided after the different IKEA Business Areas. One of these 7 clusters was the Multichannel area, including all products related to the IKEA Retail webpages and eCommerce etc. Within the area, approximately 250 persons were involved in the different projects, mainly from India but also from other Capgemini companies within Europe and Africa.Anna was the PMO for the Multichannel area cluster. She mainly focused on creating new projects, contracts, financial follow up and HR related tasks but also improvements of internal processes.

Within E.ON Sweden there was an ongoing programme "One E.ON for the Customer" focusing on CRM and that the customer should face E.ON as one company and not as eight separate companies. Anna was involved in two projects in this programme as a Business Analyst (BA) and representing E.ON IT Demand. Her areas of responsibilities were identifying the as-is process, the to-be process and document the requirements covering the gap.Anna was also involved in two other initiatives. She was looking into the possibilities of how to automate the business process of the customer satisfaction interviews, to avoid dependencies to key persons. The last initiative Anna was involved in, was to identify products to be used for the future energy saving market.

Anna was Deputy Service Delivery Manager for a Capgemini inhouse assignment for E.ON. Anna was responsible for monthly status reporting, incident, change, release and deployment processes and should also document how these process where used, so the role could be outsourced to India. She also coordinated the releases which consisted of both inhouse deliveries and deliveries from E.ON AM and other E.ON projects.

IKEA IT ABThe new Point of Sales system was designed and developed and in the phase of being rolled out. The IKEA project was responsible for rolling out the new iPOS system in the pilot store/stores in each IKEA Country. Capgemini should roll out the remaining stores with the countries; ordering hardware, set up the infrastructure etc.Anna was one of two project manager for the Capgemini iPOS Rollout. They started to review and synchronize the rollout process and countdown plan with other involved parties, identified gaps and efficiency improvements, created missing documentation (together with the IKEA IT Project), established the rollout process with stakeholders and built up an internal rightshore Capgemini team that should work with the rollout deployment and follow up on rollout status.After some discussions between IKEA and Capgemini regarding the rollout process, IKEA unfortunately withdrawn the Capgemini Rollout project and managed it internally instead.

Within the product portfolio we managed applications that sales stopped IKEA products and applications making sure that the supplier and sub suppliers followed the IKEA conducts.Anna’s responsibilities was to negotiate new contract between IKEA and Capgemini, make sure that the business development of the contract was delivered according to the agreed budget, time and expectations. She planned, followed up, coordinated and supported the Quality team in their daily work. The team existed of 2 Solution Architects, 1 Test Manager and 2 Developers onshore in Sweden and 4 developers and 3 testers offshore in India.
