I had wide-ranging duties, from managing the animal facility, managing the inventory and procurement of supplies to designing and executing laboratory testing according to standard procedures. I conducted experiments using techniques such as stereotactic injection, immunohistochemistry and microscopy imaging for validation with light and confocal laser scanning microscopes, including advanced image analysis of the results. After my studies in microscopy, this experience gave me more confidence to learn more about microscopy imaging. Show less
