Collaborate with therapist, psychiatrist and social workers to advocate best care practices for the client. Triage client needs from first sight assessments. Design, initiate and run psychosocial, behavioral and educational groups. Administering medications, including long term antipsychotics while providing the client with medication education so they may feel comfortable and build a professional rapport.

As the sole medically licensed staff, I provided quality nursing care, individual counseling support, medication administration and monitoring, educational programs, and case management services for clients.
