I’ve had the privilege of building a rewarding career at Upward Management Group. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in the right place to make a real impact. I began my journey here as an Administrative Assistant; I later gained the title of Executive Assistant, and as of 2024, I have moved into the role of Project Manager. At Upward Management Group, I’ve had the opportunity to cultivate my skills and showcase my leadership abilities in ways I never imagined. · Responsible for client data entry, customer service, media monitoring (i.e. email, website), packaging of orders, delivery and shipping services. · Training of new employees in various tasks, including inventory, order packing and delivery.

· Managed organization’s coffee shop set up as coffee barista.· Responsible for financial transactions and account balancing. · Directed various roles with coffee shop including Sunday service, children ministries, and fall festivals.

· Managed patients during collection of medical history, vital signs, medical diagnosis and treatments, ordered medical tests and assisted Physician as needed.· Handled customer interactions and responded to patient questions and concerns. · Trained two new employees on countless tasks and computer medical system. · Responsible for financial transactions, payment of various treatments, along with account balancing.

· Developed proper setup of participant check-in desk and packet design for over 200 attendees.· Assisted manager with various responsibilities, collaboration with hotel personnel, resolved any issues regarding registration desk, event meals and seating variations with efficiency. · Ensured that event rooms were properly equipped for meetings and participated in pre and post-convention check-ups.

· Serviced customers with professional care regarding their pets, customer service, appointment booking, notified clients with their pet’s medical diagnosis, and assisted veterinarians as needed.· Trained seven new staff members on the technology programs and daily tasks.· Collected medication inventory and ordering as needed.
