About Anna Grace

Anna Grace’s passion for design and fashion was formed at an early age. After graduating from Clemson University, Anna excelled in retail sales for the spa at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida for three years. She spent the next few years in International Business Development and Hotel Interior Design for Georgeson Group pitching new hotel projects, brand rollout and turn-key projects across the US, Europe, and Middle East. After attending a few trunk shows in Florida where she felt pressured to order unwanted items, Anna realized the need for a way to sell items in a comfortable, non-invasive atmosphere. An entrepreneur at heart, Anna created her first Traveling Chic Boutique trunk show in 2009 in Orlando, FL. Anna sold unique, hand-picked, women’s clothing, jewelry, scarves, purses, accessories and vintage cowboy boots out of people’s homes creating a comfortable, fun shopping experience. Anna expanded the trunk show concept further when she purchased her first 1964 airstream trailer, taking the trunk show business to the next level. As demand for the products continued to increase, Anna opened her first retail location in 2011 in her native Southern Pines, NC. At TCB, new merchandise arrives every week so that from week to week at least 50% of the store’s merchandise is new. Most clothing items are under $100, with many under $50, providing women access to the latest fashions at affordable prices. When Anna Grace isn’t at one of her stores or on the road for markets, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Birdie, and designing home restorations in Asheville, NC.
