Ensure all websites are maintained and up to the very high standards required, motivating and challenging the team and developing their skill set.Ownership of the product range plan with the Global Trade Manager and VM Executive to • Close relationship with the Web Merchandising team is a key part of my role.Take ownership of the eCommerce critical paths and ensure we are meeting KPI’s. Managing all product related content, ie category/collection banners, and ensure they are up to date and relevant to seasonal launchesWorking closely with Web Analyst on understanding customer behaviour and interaction to suggest improvements/newness to the websiteWorking closely with the copywriter & SEO analyst to ensure that the quality of product descriptions are of the utmost quality by giving customers all the relevant and necessary information to purchaseManaging the Bazaar Voice platform and distribute relevant information to the wider business to enhance and effect NPS and overall product feedbackPick up queries from White Stuff’s customer service team and helping to resolve issues, raising site bugs with the Web Operations team and managing through till fixed.
