Coordinating the work of the recruitment team and reporting on a weekly basis to the Head of HR.

• Being responsible for end-to-end recruitment from junior to managerial level • Daily cooperation with Business Unit leaders (technical leaders) and Employee Managers to determine resource/rotation needs, define recruitment strategy and to provide hiring guidance to them • Relationship management with headhunter agencies, job portals, online testing providers • Coordinating the company’s career entrant program (IT Young Professional Program) • Taking part in additional HR projects (e.g. transformation of the recruitment strategy; renewal of the testing system, applicant tracking system and employee referral program; employer branding; providing interviewing techniques training to colleagues) • Organizing and leading assessment centers • Preparing and evaluating recruitment reports • Preparing candidate evaluation reports

• Supporting recruiters during the whole recruitment procedure • Performing pre-selection by screening CVs and conducting phone interviews • Scheduling personal interviews • Preparing job advertisements and posting them on differing job portals• Sourcing candidates • Performing necessary administrative duties (e.g. updating ATS, administering invoices)• Attending job fairs
