Girls on the Run Minnesota (GOTR MN) prepares 3rd-8th grade girls and gender-expansive youth for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living by using an experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. GOTR MN Associate Board is a group of diverse and emerging leaders who dedicate their time, talents, networks, and resources to raise awareness and support for the GOTR MN mission. With the support of GOTR MN staff and the Board of Directors, the Associate Board works to engage talented volunteers, plan and implement two special events annually that showcase the mission while raising vital funds, and engage with GOTR alums and the broader community.

Managed my client book at a SaaS company to drive client success by managing client relationships, being the first point of contact, and being a trusted consultant in their business needs and product navigation. Led and prepared for weekly check-ins with clients to identify indicators for product enhancements, and collaborated cross-functionally with the product team to advocate on behalf of my clients. Implemented playbooks, and optimized workflows and templates. Analyzed client health metrics to ensure that clients were adopting the product and reaching their goals.

Built up a resource library to provide to my clients, so they could be successful and self-reliant after exiting the program.

Developed and led a high school girls wellness program to create goals around mental and physical health. Advocated on behalf of the participants in school settings. Assisted in the management of an after school literacy program for Pre-K through 5th graders in a transitional housing unit. Developed literacy lesson plans and measured reading proficiencies using the FAST eReading assessment.

Earned my 1,500 hour professional development certificate. Co-planned an event for an entire charter school portfolio by leading focus groups and booking speakers for sessions and keynote address.

Held regular office hours for an Applied Economics course, helping students prepare for exams and write research papers.
