Progressed to become a key member of the Delivery Management team in Global Market Operations, driving optimisation programmes across 12 service areas - with a particular focus on the Prime Brokerage.Assumed responsibility for the E2E project management of the FXPB work stream by adopting the lean six sigma methodology to deliver automation, reduce rework and increase efficiencies across the front to back office. Workshopped extensively with key stakeholders across all grades to design and deliver training to reach more than 1,000 employees which eliminated extraneous touch points and enhanced the rate of issue resolution for Prime clients globally.

Executed an extensive appraisal of current processes within the Financial Crime Department and overlayed the purported pain points with QA data to identify consistently inefficient areas within the operation. Consulted with SMEs to enrich the data with their human perspectives and utilised these inputs to compile a presentation for senior management that evidenced key areas requiring further training, incentivisation or process optimisation.

Working alongside a small smart up rewarded me with exposure to a diverse range of responsibilities that were based around the creation of a streamlined digital communications strategy.Often learning from scratch, I have successfully initiated and monitored Google Analytics to achieve specific business goals whilst utilising a variety of graphic design tools to create materials that measurably enhanced client satisfaction. The internship culminated in a work trip to Bali where I produced blog content and specialised in designing 'Quest-kits' to deliver a more interactive growth experience at the 'Modern Woman Festival' in Ubud.

Throughout my second year at University, I was trusted as one of the main points of contact between students and the Sailor Jerry global management team. Having undergone extensive brand training, I was given the freedom to organise my own sampling events whilst providing continuous feedback on existing and prototype products. I worked to strengthen the company's business by leading the implementation of new networking techniques and creative marketing strategies which culminated in the 'Follow the Flash' campaign across Scotland's major cities.

The HULT prize on campus is 'leading a generation to change the world' and it is down to each individual university to plan and execute their own round of this prestigious Global Social Entrepreneurship Competition. Working as part of a diverse team, I adapted to a tight external deadline by generating sponsorship leads, attending meetings and hosting numerous information kiosks to encourage awareness and secure participants who aligned with our social mission.

Selected as the Marketing Team lead for an entirely student-run project which was initiated to exhibit community artwork and get the University of Glasgow out of it's ‘Artistic Closet’. Tasked with increasing the number of participants, I co-hosted a curation workshop whilst liaising with industry experts to create high-quality promotional materials.

Drove student engagement on a range of projects for global firms including J.P Morgan and Network Rail. This role required significant self-management which furthered my ability to hold myself to account and consistently meet deadlines and requirements for all work orders.
