I hold a Master of Human Kinetics degree at the University of Ottawa, with a focus on Consultation and Intervention in Sport Psychology. I have completed a 400-hour Mental Performance Consultant Internship, working with performers on their mental skills and overall well-being. I worked 1:1 and ran group activities and workshops. My goal is to help athletes, coaches, and teams achieve optimal performance and well-being through evidence-based interventions and strategies. I have a strong academic background in psychology and biology, having graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Science, First Class Honours, and a certificate in the Foundations of Health. I have also gained valuable experience as an undergraduate teaching assistant, where I assisted in grading and facilitating psychology courses. Additionally, I have been involved in various extracurricular activities, such as the varsity volleyball team, the student-athlete mental health initiative, and the Relay for Life Society, where I demonstrated my leadership, resilience, and commitment to social causes. Currently, as a barista, I apply my passion for customer service and teamwork to create a welcoming and satisfying experience for every guest.
