Director Of Project Management
Current• Oversee operations of the Project Management Office for a specialty consulting firm.• Provide strategic direction for all projects to ensure successful completion.• Manage resource allocation, utilization projection, and budget management.• Planning, writing, and editing of deliverables to clients.• Interface with clients and company leadership, ensuring smooth communication.• Assist company leadership with business development activities, procurement of resources, contract review, completion of RFPs, and development of internal policies and procedures. • Managing the entire portfolio of projects for the organization including Government Audits, Regulatory Consulting, Litigation cases, Research Projects, Technical Due Diligence, and Medical Malpractice cases. • Interface with clients and internal leadership regarding organizational aspects of projects, including managing documents, information requests, and associated data, as well as tracking progress toward attainment of project milestones.• Train employees and contract consultants on internal and external computer systems, policies, procedures, and tools.
