• Manage a team of document controllers, providing training on various document management systems and ensuring all deadlines were met and day to day issues resolved.
• Developed and implemented document control processes and procedures for the document control team.
• Project administrator for both Incite Keystone and Aconex. Resolve system issues with relevant administrators and recommend improvements for better usability.
• Issue design packages, post-IFC packages (DCR’s, RFI’s and SI’s) and As-Built drawing packages to client and stakeholders for review and approval via Incite Keystone and Aconex.
• Collate and prepare completions documentation for the client in accordance with the contract by liaising with the relevant project personnel to retrieve required documentation.
