We work with your team and other stakeholders to find collaborative and innovative options to maximising income from your properties and / or minimise costs so that more money goes where it was intended; to your cause. Our work includes advising on all aspects of property law for the third sector including freehold disputes, third party rights, coastal issues and inland waterways, green initiatives, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes and property related professional negligence. I am a regular speaker with the Institute of Legacy Management (ILM) , Charity Property Association (CPA) and Charity Retail Association (CRA) .
