The scope of responsibilities on this position covers the following:- Translation and on-site/over-the-phone consecutive interpretation from Ukrainian/Russian into Swedish/English and vice versa. The range of materials to be translated incorporates governmental papers, data published on the official websites of state-owned agencies and enterprises, and cases of interpersonal communication between the educational staff/state authorities and Ukrainian/Russian-speaking students.- Assistance in the reception and registration of Ukrainians within the municipality of Ystad. In particular, facilitation of successful interaction with public institutions and healthcare services.- Organizing meetings, appointments, interviews, and arrangements of other nature in pursuance of information dissemination and job-search assistance.- Teaching the introductory course of Swedish as a second language to adults from different countries while pursuing a personalized approach to education. Selection of materials and lesson planning in accordance with students' needs and knowledge.

- Translation of academic papers for further publication in world-famous scientific journals (indexed in Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, ERIC, IEEE Xplore, and JSTOR databases).- Translation of correspondence between the papers' authors, reviewers, and editors.- Offering proofreading and editing assistance for ready-made articles.- Providing quality control over documents as required.- Providing feedback on client's translations.Had experience of work using SDL Trados Studio 2019 translation software. The majority of translations though were done using Microsoft Office suites for the sake of better text adaptation and localization.
