Role and responsibilities:- Assisting with the implementation of the company wide rebrand. This includes changing letterhead templates, and ordering new collateral.- Support delivery of sector and service line marketing plans and implement activity.- Develop and manage relationships with external suppliers such as venue finding agencies, printers, designers and industry associations.- Execute direct mail campaigns using the firm's database.- Maintain the website including uploading content and optimising for SEO.- Work with the communications manager to take core content and adapt for social channels and the website.- Manage the process of sharing relevant content on the firm's social media platforms.- Deal with social media and website enquiries, refer and track follow up.- Developing a social media strategy for the firm including creating and implementing a social media plan, implementing a social media calendar and coach fee earners in social media best practice.

Creating folders for all staff members including our factsheet portfolio with over 30 different factsheets. Making sure they are updated with new tax year rates.- Design new client prospect proposals following the company brand guidelines.- Database management - Managing the new client prospect pipeline. Ensuring new client queries and referral opportunities are recorded accurately from quote to winning stage.- Managing webinars on Citrix Gotowebinar - This includes liaising with internal and external guest speakers, setting up, sending invitations to clients and contacts via Constant Contact.- I was responsible for assisting with the implementation of the company wide rebrand. This included changing letterhead templates, and ordering new collateral for all offices, and updating the new website with articles and images.- Direct Marketing - responsible for creating a marketing plan for targeting local companies. Designed mailing packs to be sent out to prospects via post.
