Throughout my years in the classroom , I developed and implemented creative lesson plants based on GELDS and AKS standards that ensured students were equipped with knowledge and skills necessary for entering kindergarten. Motivated and challenged students through hands-on experiences in a collaborative environment. Implemented positive discipline plan which promotes students responsibility, problem solving skills , and student accountabilityObserved and evaluated children's performance, behavior, social and emotional development and physical health.Conducted academic meetings, promoted and maintained professional communication with parents throughout the school year by use of conferences, newsletters, and preparing progress reports for both parents and state.
