• Building and managing financial models for budgeting and reforecasting;• Variance analysis and commenting on PL (Retail) and month-end postings controlling;• Store performance analysis;• Reporting, budgeting and analysis of financial statements (BS, PL, CF) under US GAAP for the Representative Office;• Budgeting and complex analysis of the overheads in close cross functional communication (10 stakeholders);• Creating complex presentations of the financial results to the management team;• Budgeting and reforecasting of the wholesale sales and expenses (supportive).Achievements:• Budgeting rent model based on US GAAP ASC 842;• A quartely presentation on the company's financial performance;• Move to face-to-face cost discussing with all the stakeholders (an easy-to-fill expenses template for stakeholders)

• Maintenance of ROU assets in CoStar environment: month-end close and analysis (under ASC 842 US GAAP);• Participation in budgeting process (Budget & RE), Act vs. Bud variance analysis (SGA expenses);• Ad-hoc reports for Finance Manager (expenses, cash flow, own-operated store KPIs, whs partners performance)
