Administrative Assistant - Sales & Marketing
Current- Order, create and maintain a relationship with vendors on promotional items for customers and/or tradeshow events
- Coordinate with vendors on tradeshow events and follow through to ensure complete
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create/edit graphics for our products, tradeshow displays, Literature Ads, Submittal Sheets, etc.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to update and manage numerous footage reports each month for customers
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to create, update, and edit annual review reports for customers and company budget meetings
- Establish strong working relationships with outside sales force
