Passion. I believe passion is at the core of who we are, what we do, and how we live. I was ignited with a passion for Young Life when I was 14 years old and caught the spark. Since then, the fire has continued to burn bright as I have been actively involved as a volunteer, summer staff crew, high school leader, a parent, and now on Mission Staff walking alongside Middle School kids in WyldLife, including my own kids! I help grow and develop new leaders and encourage students through WyldLife to help them to find their passion and greater purpose in their lives. Community. Connecting people together is something I thrive on. Part of my position is communicating a vision and inviting people into that vision, together, to make an impact. Whether it be with kids, parents, school administrators, student and adult volunteers...everyone has a place at the table, a place to belong. Each of our stories began with an experience, I love to invite people to join in. Engagement. I am responsible for growing and building peoples gifts through training and mentoring, building our areas leadership team for WyldLife, engaging with donors, and being innovative in our programs and initiatives for our target audience, middle school kids! I am comfortable leading from the front and alongside (or the back) with the goal of seeing others rise into their full potential. I actively lean in, listen, and pursue with passion and intention.
