Anna Tkachenko is a counsel in Dentons’ Kyiv office. She has a vast experience in international and local M&A transactions, deal structuring and assets protection, setting up joint ventures, corporate law matters, employment, contract issues. She works with multinational companies on the establishment of their subsidiaries and representative offices in Ukraine, on their investment projects in Ukraine and on acquisitions of Ukrainian companies.From the most recent new area of experience (2019-2020), she has been advising local and international TV providers and titleholders on media law issues.
