Marketing Program Manager
Current• Managing marketing initiatives across North America and EMEA regions and ensuring cohesion and program discipline by developing and improving creative briefs, campaign playbooks, messaging hierarchy, knowledge base, etc.• Enabling cross-functional departments to operate efficiently through the right combination of people, processes, technology, and data, and ensuring timely delivery of scope as a result• Optimizing workflows and facilitating project prioritization; collaborating closely with project owners, product teams and external agencies to develop scope, deliverables, work plan, budget, staffing, and timing for new initiatives• Managing creative resources and streamlining the end-to-end marketing creation, review, and approvals to increase speed-to-market of marketing assets (standard SLAs)• Building status reports and communicating achievements and challenges to the senior leadership team, monitoring critical paths and roadblocks, identifying risks, and planning for contingencies• Developing framework for collaboration between a variety of stakeholders including other business functions, such as Sales and Product teams, to maintain alignment on lead management and ensure proper lead flow and campaign performanceBiggest achievements to date: successfully launched two digital platforms, a new project management tool (Wrike) and a DAM system (Bynder), including team onboarding and training.
