Anna Valenzuela is an attorney with a diverse practice focused on Banking, Corporate Transactions, Intellectual Property, Immigration, Labor & Employment, Litigation and Real Estate. She has represented individual clients and multinational corporations with the registration of their intellectual property rights, the acquisition and subdivision of real estate properties, the incorporation of local subsidiaries, the drafting of corporate documentation, such as, shareholders agreements and transformations, the obtainment of provisional and definitive residencies and the foreclosure of mortgages. Additionally, she has represented various Major League Baseball teams in labor hearings arising from players and employee claims, she has conducted labor investigations for international organizations and participated in business transactions of all kinds. She has completed several legal courses, among them, a Seminar on Civil Judicial Practice offered by FINJUS, a Family Law Seminar offered by FUNJEPRO and a Contracts Course offered by the same institution.In addition to her professional work, Anna is a volunteer member of the Sowers of the Kingdom Foundation where she leads social initiatives, such as medical campaigns, building of schools and, in general, provides assistance to communities of limited resources.
