- responsible for managing a multicurrency portfolio of syndicated, bi-lateral loans and guarantee facilities,- loan life cycle administration (renewal, repayment, increase/decrease, mid-period changes) including secondary settlements and sub-participation on EMEA loan market,- processing loan borrowings requests including arrangement of funding and payments on the closing date, liaise with Credit and Legal to ensure that all relevant documents and sign-offs have been satisfied prior to funding,- ensure that all daily transactions are processed in adherence to treasury currency cut-off times,- daily reconciliation of transactions and position fails, manage daily cash reconciliation, ensuring that all items are allocated appropriately and are applied promptly,- fee claiming, receipt and reporting in timely manner,- monitor receipt of funds, escalating any non payments in accordance with operating procedures and escalation matrix,- effective monitoring of all remaining facility conditions stipulated in original loan documentation e.g. distribution of financial information,- booking and amendment of customer static data information according to the Loan Agreement,- preparation of confirmation letters for sub-participants,- performing EOD controls and reporting,- testing new system features prior the production releases,- manage and up-date departmental procedures, - conducting training for new joiners,- cooperation with onshore Partner on a daily basis,- assistance with ad-hoc projects as necessary

- managing loan portfolio protecting the Bank's exposure to risk through the constant monitoring of credit facilities,- active sales of banking products (loans, factoring, leasing, deposits, insurance and investments) to Small and Medium Enterprises,- utilizing various sales delivery channels in order to achieve goals,- building and maintaining good relationship with the Bank's customers and intermediaries / counterparties, - credit analysis,- recommending or making credit decisions,- preparing loan documentation in accordance with the approved credit application,- negotiating payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans,- prevention of money laundering - control and monitoring of clients with a higher risk,- handling customer queries, special requests and problem resolution in timely manner,- adherence to the highest level of service standards,- maintaining an understanding of all current financial products, policies, procedures, regulations and compliance guidelines and adherence to them,- peer training.

- active sales of banking products (loans, factoring, leasing, deposits, insurance and investments) to Small and Medium Enterprises,- utilizing various sales delivery channels in order to achieve goals,- building and maintaining good relationship with the Bank's customers and intermediaries / counterparties, - credit analysis,- recommending or making credit decisions,- preparing loan documentation in accordance with the approved credit application,- handling customer queries, special requests and problem resolution in timely manner,- adherence to the highest level of service standards,- maintaining an understanding of all current financial products, policies, procedures, regulations and compliance guidelines and adherence to them

- active sales of banking products (mostly credit cards, cash loans and mortgages) to individual customers,- utilizing various sales delivery channels in order to achieve goals,- building and maintaining good relationship with the Bank's customers and intermediaries / counterparties, - handling customer queries, special requests and problem resolution in timely manner,- adherence to the highest level of service standards,- maintaining an understanding of all current financial products, policies, procedures, regulations and compliance guidelines and adherence to them

- telephone customer service in the call center of the BPH Bank, - direct sale of banking products, - survey projects implementation
