I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and have been running a small practice. I have coached my clients through health issues such as allergies, diabetes, arthritis, eating disorders, etc. I have also helped some clients to simply find their best, happy, healthy self. I run my clients through a six month program supporting them to reach their individualized goals. Each person is looking for something different so I cater each program to fit that person's desires and needs. In most instances, clients simply need support and guidance to keep them on track. I provide meal plans, diet plans, recipes, shopping lists, daily/weekly motivation and support, fitness classes, meditation training, counseling and so much more. It is truly my passion to help others reach optimal health and wellness and I go above and beyond for each and every client.
