I support financial institutions in applying an ESG framework to investment decision making. I'm well-versed in ESG scores, financial materiality, portfolio carbon foot printing and financed emissions, nature-related risk identification, and global reporting frameworks and standards related to sustainable finance.

I work with a variety of client types on project-based work related to sustainable investing environmental, social, and governance (ESG), including strategy development, content generation, and communications. Client projects include: rebranding and messaging for a sustainable agricultural fund; thought leadership generation with a defined contribution industry working group; research and content generation on climate change, land use change, and biodiversity loss for a non-profit.

I oversaw the firm’s efforts to address clients’ educational interests and needs in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) thought leadership, research, education, implementation, and related consulting work. I chaired Callan’s ESG Committee, working with colleagues across disciplines to assist clients and implement best practices.

I managed a four-person team of writer/editors and graphic designers to produce polished financial research and other educational materials. I conducted, analyzed, and authored surveys, including Callan's ESG Survey. My team published more than 50 unique pieces of research (white papers, surveys, newsletters, charticles, etc.) annually.As part of Callan's ESG team, I follow trends in product offerings and portfolio implementation of all strategies related to ESG, SRI, sustainable, and responsible investment.

Oversaw multiple hotel and condominium budgets for the Village at Breckenridge. Collaborated on revenue maximization and cooperative community partnerships. Managed daily operations for 350+ slopeside rooms and supervised a staff of 50+ employees. Resolved high-level client conflicts.
