Projects:Westfield, Sydney City Development (Total project cost AUS$1.6 billion). Lead engineer for one of the three buildings develped as part of this project. Responsibilities included structural design, negotiating deadlines and liaising with the Client, managing allocated budget, managing a small team of draftsmen, managing resources, regular reporting of progress to Project Manager and Project Director.Building the Education Revolution, "BER", Sydney. Part of the high-paced design team for the structural design for new buildings and refurbishments of over 200 schools in Sydney´s South West. Responsibilities included verification of new school designs, liaising with other disciplines, co-ordination of multi-discilpinary drawings.University of Western Sydney, small projects. Managed a number of small projects for the client. Contacted directly by the client for new work.

Worked as a graduate engineer in the Manchester and Sydney Offices.Projects: Singapore Sports Hub Stadium (Manchester Office). Used Digital Project Catia to do some modelling for the project at concept stage.National Portrait Gallery, Canberra (Sydney Office). Used Microstran and hand calculations to undertake part of the structural design as a member of the design team.77 King Street, Sydney (Sydney Office). Worked onsite alongside senior onsite engineer, participating in the structural design.

Completed one summer placement as a work experience student, and then took a graduate position on completing my Masters.Projects: Renovation of the Midland Hotel in Morcambe. Work undertaken included structural scheme design and design calculations, computer modelling using Robot and shaddowed senior engineer to site visits.
