• Administered monthly/yearly accounting closes, including bank reconciliations for three bank accounts, updating financial statements and forecast assumptions

• Assisted with appraisal district database searches, gathered information for the Project Manager, condensing it in summary charts in Word and Excel
• Created and updated PowerPoint presentations, for the Real Estate Entitlement Team, used for presenting clients’ building plans to the City Council, Planning Commission and Design Commission
• Updated and maintained City of Austin CODE books and criteria manuals
• Kept company meeting calendar up-to-date, entered attorney time and billing in AIM timekeepers database
• Interfaced with clients on a daily bases and attended to three incoming lines, fielding and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel
