•Administered monthly/yearly accounting closes, including bank reconciliations for three bank accounts, updating financial statements and forecast assumptions•Balanced checkbook and deposited checks•Managed monthly billings for over 100 clients; created and maintained multiple Excel spreadsheets including client billings, accounts receivable, client payments, billable hours, attorney origination percentages, and billing realization•Liaison between two large clients and vendors who would bill our clients directly, but send the bills to our address.
