I lead a team of 5-7 Case Workers responsible for facilitating child maintenance calculations for parents with care. This involves gathering information from non-resident parents through various channels, utilizing income values to formulate calculations, and establishing payment arrangements.My role involves supervising the caseworkers' adjudication process, identifying and addressing instances of incorrect procedures. Additionally, I handle customer complaints and closely monitor the performance of the caseworkers.My role would be to oversee the caseworkers adjudication and flag up points where incorrect procedures were being used. I would also handle customer complaints and monitor caseworkers performance.
