With over eight years of professional experience in program coordination/management and strategic communications, I am passionate about creating positive social impact and fostering inclusive and collaborative learning environments. As a Program Manager for the Technology Management MBA Program at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various recruiting and academic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the program's mission, vision, and goals.In my current role, I leverage my skills in social networking, marketing communications, and building trust to engage and support a diverse cohort of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and industry partners. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative and effective strategies to enhance student recruitment, retention, and satisfaction. Additionally, I apply my previous experience as a Senior Program Coordinator for the Athena National Science Foundation (NSF) Advance Project at the University of Louisville J.B. Speed School of Engineering, where I contributed to advancing the professional standing and career opportunities for women STEM faculty. Through this project, I gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities for women in STEM fields, and developed a strong commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in academia and beyond.
