Hello! My name is Anna Cahn, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and have my PhD in Prevention Science from the University of Oregon. I completed my dissertation which assessed how the COVID-19 pandemic affected college and graduate students' food security and eating behaviors. I hope to become a faculty member in an accredited dietetics program and teach future Registered Dietitian Nutritionists!
