During the semester working 8-10 hours a week assisting the Gallery Director in various administrative tasks at Agnes Scott’s on campus gallery. Staffing upwards of 12 exhibition openings. Paint, spackle, and maintain the gallery space, as well as install lighting for new exhibitions. Update the Gallery’s Instagram weekly and for special events.

Responsible for management and scheduling of DAA gallery space, planning and implementation of various Decatur Arts Events, as well as planning and publicizing of Decatur public art initiatives. During the summer working 20 hours a week assisting the Executive Director in various administrative tasks at the City of Decatur Visitor Center. Updating media contact lists and writing calls for submission as well as creating events posts and updating social media. Assisting in logistics for set up and tear down for the Decatur Arts Festival, as well as event-long management assistance.

During the summer working 24 hours a week working alongside the staff to experience all aspects of the museum. Digitized documents and created a database of past exhibitions and permanent collection shows. Assisted in the installation and deinstallation of nine exhibitions, including the packing and shipping of art.
