I lead research for Squarespace's core product: Websites. I flex between conducting generative research and consulting for feature teams such as layouts, styling, and AI.More recently, my responsibilities have expanded to include the Domains product as well.I was recognized with two promotions in just two years due to exceptional performance reviews, peer feedback, and product impact.

I conducted qualitative and quantitative research on key Google Ads surfaces, including Gmail, Google Search, Google Shopping, and Discover.

Because I was interested in UX research as a career path, I created opportunities to grow my research skillset, including:- Conducting internal usability testing for Salesforce- Leading the NPS survey program- Running an internal diary study with Customer Success Managers to understand their pain points- Joining Product Design on research on-sites

I used SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Slides to create stories with data.
