I have a unique skill set that stemmed from studies in engineering and architecture and further developed after spending the last 10 years in a senior management role. I have been managing and operating architectural and construction practices for the past 5 years since returning to Melbourne. This has involved ISO certifications, policy and procedure creation and maintenance, BCorp certifications, HR operations, tendering, IT systems operation, administration and day-to-day practice processes.Previously to this, I spent 8 years in Asia. There, I was the Director of Studies for a school in China where I was involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running including HR, marketing, administration, management, digital design, and operations. Throughout my time in Asia I lectured and tutored in Architecture and Urban Design & Planning, was the creative director of a magazine, and taught equivalent Year 12 Computing, Mathematics, Science and Business. These experiences have provided me with the ideal abilities to work in management within the architecture and construction industry.
