Delivered a high speed internet strategy for rural Clinton County, MI by building an economic model complemented with outreach to schools, hospitals, and libraries.Created a Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Jackson, MI through analysis of housing market trends and extensive engagement with city officials, social service agencies, nonprofits, developers and housing professionals.

With the goal of producing ready-to-use therapeutic foods (RUTF) for malnourished populations in Rwanda, assessed the start-up costs associated with and mapped out the production cycle for a nonprofit agency to produce RUTF. In addition to gathering industry research, conducted in-depth learning sessions with existing producers of RUTF and external stakeholders including UNICEF. Built out an ecosystem map for agency. Provided insights on challenges and recommendations in relation to supply chain/operations, business strategy, and strategic partnerships.

Supervised the intake team for the Sacramento County Winter Shelter, streamlined intake and housing counseling processes at three intake sites for the winter shelter, compiled data and produced impact report on the County shelter. Organized back-end housing and donor database.

Introduced new partnerships and community grants, worked closely with volunteers and donors to strengthen community-organized Homeless Assistance Resource Teams (HART), provided housing counseling services to individuals and households experiencing homelessness in Sacramento.
