I have been working on one of the core Deutsche Bank Financial Service projects - Business Customers Relation Management system (“Client First”). I joined the team when the number of active users of the system had reached 5000. My first task was to implement an interface of data migration from external system into the CF database.I have closed a number of different tasks (using SQL, PL/SQL) - from simple (data change requests) to complicated ones (I have redesigned and completely rewritten one of the core ETL processes which reduced the time of data processing). Each task was completed according to standard process of the project (JIRA, version control system, technical documentation development) and was successfully tested and deployed on production.In total I was involved in development and deployment of more than 10 CRM releases and have been working closely with an analyst team, QA team and support team (level2 and level3).

I have worked on the project for more than a year and was closely involved in the development of eight project releases. I have closed a number of tasks on an Oracle database side including implementation of new reports and support of new UI features on the database (SQL, PL/SQL). I have also fixed a number of T-SQL logic bugs on a MS SQL side. Beside development tasks I have supported monthly-based deployment process including development of instructions and communications with support team. I have also written a number of articles in project Wiki describing all major processes.

I joined the company as a Junior developer and was immediately involved in the development of a new release of core system module - Operation Center (OC).Both Oracle database and Magic software systems were new to me, and I showed profound results within a very short period of time.Being a “universal developer” on the project I took part in the development of all system modules and closed a number of tasks for four releases of core modules. I have also designed and implemented a main ETL process for OC module on a database side (both as an analyst and a developer) which significantly decreased the time of data processing.
