Working closely with our web developers, we manage the TitleOne website. Personally I'll trouble-shoot with customers, perform user testing, gather additional information for enhancements, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.After transitioning my role as the Education Director with this promotion, I have maintained all my previous duties and have taken on more of a product manager role for our website.

As Marketing Communications Coordinator, I directly assisted the Marketing Communications Director with various tasks including email marketing, web site management, various social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, WordPress blog, and Twitter), flyers, and other special projects. In addition, I'd taken on the role of Continuing Education Director managing the scheduling and administrative work for our monthly CE classes. My first major project was a company-wide training program in 2017 where I created 15 training videos, including the voice over, for a variety of subjects within the industry.In this time, I've also become our promotional inventory manager, CRM database manager, and Smartsheet power user.

I began working at TitleOne as the Office Administrator. This role is very customer-service focused and administratively oriented. Very quickly, I was cross-trained to do special projects and began assisting several team members in addition to my office management role. Because of this, my peers voted me the quarterly MVP before I had completed my first year of service. After my promotion, I was asked to train the next several Office Administrators because of my attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Being the assistant to the COO of the company, I did a variety of tasks, with minimal supervision. I did a little in-house IT work as well as effectively managing our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. I also on-boarded and off-boarded employees, including interviewing, initial training, and computer/network setup. Basically, I work well independently, and with other people on a variety of projects. I've had a spectrum of experiences, and I'm always willing to learn something new, especially if it will help a teammate out.

Being in quick-service food & beverage, I am accustomed to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Working closely with other cast members, I would find ways to go above and beyond to make the restaurant more efficient.

I assist coworkers with any projects they are working on. I taught two adult tennis lesson sessions in addition to my normal duties. I worked directly with the Marketing and Community Relations Supervisor. My duties included researching and presenting on how/what to market to seniors and teens at the Fort Boise Community Center. Press releases and taking photos of participants for future marketing were also my responsibility.
