With a solid background in Communication (including journalism), Event Management and Multimedia, for over 10 years I have been specializing in Quality Management with a particular focus in Customer Experience and Customer Engagement.Currently, I work in Business Development for a globally active non-profit organization for climate action in the freight sector, where I am mostly dedicated to member and partner engagement.I worked in Learning & Development business as Training Coordinator, in charge, among the other things, of internal and external courses organization and planning, stakeholder management, partner engagement, clients and supplier management/networking worldwide, employee onboarding and development, training satisfaction and effectiveness measurement, reporting and analysis. I am also involved in different projects, and, in the past, I did lead projects myself or even create new programs from scratch.I am very creative, and I like to push things forward. I am solution- and result-driven. This is also why I am very proactive. I like to take initiatives, but I also know what it means to take responsibility.I like challenges, and I am always willing to learn and develop further.I am very detail-oriented.I have experience in working solo, but I also managed groups of people and I love to work in team, trying to learn from and expiring each other.Because of my work experience, I learnt to be organized and structured while keeping my innate flexibility, as in my life I had to adapt many times to the circumstances trying to get the best out of each of them.My weakness? According to some, I care about people, including my co-workers and their wellbeing. In my opinion, working environment should be something that we enjoy together and can make us grow.One of my strongest points? I am committed, and not just towards myself and my own duties and tasks.
