Age 65; volunteer Chaplain at a local Hospital. My current passion is long distance hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Formerly worked as a Hospice Chaplain 4.5 years; completed a CPE residency in 2014. Worked part time as a Pastor and Minister of Visitation. M.Div. 2010.Also formerly worked as Hospice/Oncology Nurse and as Psych Nurse, approximately 11 years in each specialty. BSN 1984.Enjoy reading and hope to write about my hiking journey. Particularly enjoy being a part of the Confraternity of St Gregory’s Abbey, Three Rivers MI. Spiritual Direction and observation of the seven Liturgical Hours, as well as silence, keep me on track.
