The Lang Youth Medical Program is a six-year science enrichment and mentoring program. Students are selected from public schools within the Washington Heights Area in Manhattan. Each year 13 students are selected to participate in the program. Lang Scholars are expected to attend every Saturday during the school year and 4 weeks during the summer throughout 7th - 12th grade. As a Lang Scholar you are expected to participate in summer internships, healthcare panels, shadowing healthcare professionals, along with many more health and science related activities.
