I have moved from Management Accounting and Cleaning Services Operations Management to Contract Management in the procurement department of AIAL.I possess strong process and analytical skills and have used these to write cleaning service specifications, simple but detailed pricing models & set key performance indicators. in addition to this I negotiate terms and conditions to develop innovative solutions to complex issues while supporting contractors to be the best they can.During the pandemic I worked with our cleaning services supplier to reduce costs while providing effective sanitization services where required. I have transitioned the change from one large contract to smaller multiple contacts with an emphasis on self delivery. I work most effectively as part of a team enjoying the collective inputs a group brings. I look forward to expanding my facilities contract management skills into wider high value contract management.
