As an applied functional medicine coach, I provide pathways to health and empowerment for my clients, who are seeking to discover the root cause of their "dis-ease" and understand the connections between all the systems of their body. I work with them to create personalized and holistic wellness plans, based on their unique needs, goals, and preferences. I work with individuals as well as groups. I am able to design a 10-24 week virtual program to improve your participants health in many areas including issues related to weight, stress, poor sleep and more.I graduated from the School of Applied Functional Medicine in 2020, where I learned the principles and practices of functional medicine, which is a science-based, patient-centered, and systems-oriented approach to addressing the underlying causes of chronic diseases and promoting optimal health. I also developed my problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, which enable me to effectively coach my clients and facilitate their transformation. I am passionate about helping people achieve their best health and well-being, and I am constantly learning and updating my knowledge and skills in this dynamic and evolving field.
